For a lot of young people, school stopped making sense a long time ago. Missed years, missed support, missed chances. The Education Lab is where that changes. Through GED FastTrack and one-on-one tutoring, WAYS for Life helps members ages 15 to 25 close the gaps, build confidence, and earn the credential that opens the next door, whether that's college, a trade program, or a job that actually pays. This isn't a classroom that failed you before. It's a team that shows up for you now, at your pace, on your terms.
WAYS for Life holds the exclusive license to administer this world-renowned, highly successful program onsite.
Our mission is to empower individuals without a GED by offering tailored education and training, equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in society. Through personalized tutoring and mentorship, we break down barriers to opportunity. Obtaining a GED can be transformative, opening doors to a brighter future.

Services
The Education Lab brings together three services that work as one path forward: one-on-one tutoring to build academic skills, Life Skills classes to handle the everyday stuff, and Career Pathways to turn that foundation into real employment. Each piece builds on the last, so members don't just finish school. They leave ready for what's next.

One-on-One Tutoring
Personalized academic support to help members catch up, keep up, or get ahead, whatever the goal is. Sessions are built around each member's pace, subjects, and learning style, not a one-size-fits-all curriculum.

Life Skills
The everyday know-how that school doesn't always teach: budgeting, communication, time management, and problem-solving. These are the skills members carry into every job, apartment, and relationship long after they leave WAYS.

Career Pathways
A bridge from education to employment. Members explore career interests, build job-ready skills, and connect with WAYS coaches who help turn a GED or diploma into a real plan for work.
