WAYS To Serve
WAYS Coaching
WAYS Coaches are mentors, motivators, and navigators. They walk alongside each youth to set career and education goals based on their interests and strengths, and break down complex systems into manageable action steps.
WAYS Partners are employers and community partners who offer internships, apprenticeships, or job placements to our members, host career panels or guest speaking events, and provide financial literacy or workplace readiness training.
